At the ASID California San Diego chapter meeting on November 20th, Willis’ CEO Mike Hetherman presented the CEU “The New Consumer – Neo vs Traditional”.
This presentation uncovered why targeting the new consumer versus the traditional will drastically change your sales, marketing, and pricing strategies forever! The attendees learned who spends the most-most frequently, discover insights into their consumer’s values, attitudes and ultimately, buying behavior and communication preference. But most importantly, learned how to quickly connect with their customer, close jobs faster, work less and maximize their projects!
The meeting went off without a hitch, with lots of discussions, laughs, and learning!
For over 50 years, Willis has established a strong presence in the building supply and architectural communities with memberships in the ASID, NKBA, IIDA, DDA and the IDC – a presence which is spearheaded by Mike’s active participation in these communities.
