As president of Willis, I am tasked with providing leadership for the company by working with the CEO and other leaders within Willis to establish short and long-term financial goals, sales strategies, and marketing plans and strategies. I am responsible for presiding over the entire organization while managing budgets and making sure resources are allocated properly.
John WiggsVice President
As Vice President of Willis, I am responsible for guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal policies and procedures. This includes; accounting records, production of financial reports, audits, forecasting, formulating budgets and ensuring that expenses are in line with projected revenue. I also help with providing leadership for the company by working with the President and other leaders within Willis to establish short and long-term financial goals, sales strategies, and marketing plans and strategies.
